The towel that I was using to cover pictured bowl is now in the dryer.
With my jacket.
Being warmed.

Is it just me, or do you feel bad putting salt in yeast dough too?
I mean, you're basically neutering/spaying your pets. Except cheaper and with less post-surgery carpet shredding.
Alright, I've got to go switch towels on the dough. Towel in, towel out.
